Following an introductory call to establish mutual fit, most engagements begin with a Situation Diagnostic and Pathways Assessment — an independent review of your position and options, leading to considered counsel on the most appropriate course(s) of action. I deliver a written professional opinion setting out an objective read of the situation, a strategic roadmap, and practical guidance, followed by a consultation to discuss the application of findings and recommendations. This fixed-fee initial engagement is designed to enable informed in-house decision-making and action that is grounded in best practice and underpinned by a clear understanding of wider implications. Implementation support may be discussed thereafter where appropriate.
